Welcome Back to Our “100 Days Until 2024 EFT Challenge”



Hey there, beautiful souls! 🌟 Today is a special day because we’re hitting Day 54 of our “100 Days Until 2024 EFT Challenge.” On this adventure-filled day, we’re bringing you a bonus episode from our series “Tapping Through Turbulence: EFT for Challenging Times.” Get ready to tap into your inner strength and brush off those unexpected setbacks with a smile.πŸ€—πŸ’•


It’s been a whirlwind since my mom and I set off on our annual pilgrimage to my Grandfather’s birthplace in Puerto Rico. The journey has thrown us some curveballs, beginning with a missed connection flight, leading to an unforeseen hotel stay as we couldn’t secure a flight together until tomorrow night. The logistics didn’t end there; our original Lyft ride was scheduled to arrive in 15 minutes, yet showed up in a mere 6. Given that I rely on a cane for mobility, I wasn’t able to meet the driver in time, and amidst the confusion of the sprawling Hartfield Jackson airport, they left without us. Thankfully, we managed to secure an Uber and navigate our way to the hotel without further incident.


Through all this, my anxiety climbed to new heights, an experience I’m sure many of you can relate to. So in this session, we’ll focus on tapping through the stress and disarray of life’s unexpected turns. Whether you’re facing travel troubles, personal hurdles, or just feeling the weight of the world, this EFT practice is designed to guide you back to a place of peace and control. Let’s tap into tranquility together.



Round 1: Acknowledging the Pain

  • KC – Even though everything is going wrong, I deeply and completely accept myself.
  • KC – Even though I feel overwhelmed by these challenges, I choose to deeply and completely accept and forgive myself.
  • KC – Even though I can’t see a way out of these difficulties, I choose to love, honor, accept, and forgive myself anyway.
  • KC – Even though I feel stuck in this situation, I forgive and accept myself anyway.
  • EB – It feels like everything is going wrong.
  • SE – I feel overwhelmed and stressed by these challenges.
  • UE – It’s hard to see any solutions right now.
  • UN – This struggle is really weighing on me.
  • UM – I’m not sure how to move forward from here.
  • CB – All these problems are making me anxious and stressed.
  • UA – I feel powerless and stuck because of what’s happening.
  • TH – It’s difficult to imagine these troubles will pass.

  • Round 2: Exploring Possibilities

  • EB – But I’ve survived challenges before.
  • SE – Maybe I can find the strength inside to overcome this too.
  • UE – There might be solutions that I haven’t thought of yet.
  • UN – Perhaps I can seek help and find support.
  • UM – I believe in my ability to get through tough times.
  • CB – I am stronger than I think, and I can handle these problems.
  • UA – With each breath, I can find a little more calm and clarity.
  • TH – I am open to the possibility that everything will work out in the end.

  • Round 3: Embracing Change

  • EB – Even in turmoil, I can find moments of peace.
  • SE – I trust that I will find a way through this.
  • UE – Every challenge is an opportunity to learn and grow.
  • UN – I am capable of navigating through this storm.
  • UM – I am resilient, and my spirit is strong.
  • CB – I choose to see hope, even in small things.
  • UA – I acknowledge my struggles, but also my power to overcome them.
