We’ve delved into healing Throat Chakra trauma, using our voices boldly, releasing the fear of judgment, enhancing the power of expression, and even navigating the path of recovery from verbal abuse. Now, we’re ready to take the next step: overcoming shyness and social anxiety. 🦋

Shyness can feel like a heavy cloak that hinders our true personalities from shining through. Social anxiety often acts as a barrier to the connections and experiences we long for. But it’s time to shed those layers and embrace a more sociable you! In this session, we’ll use EFT tapping to help you find the courage within to open up, connect, and share your vibrant self with the world. 🌐💬

Ready to find the courage to be your sociable self?

    Round 1

  • KC – Even though I feel shy and anxious in social settings, I deeply and completely accept myself
  • KC – Even though social interactions scare me, I choose to deeply and completely accept and forgive myself
  • KC – Even though I fear being judged, which makes me retreat, I choose to love, honor, accept, and forgive myself anyway
  • KC – Even though opening up to others is hard for me, I forgive and accept myself anyway
  • EB – It’s difficult for me to be around people
  • SE – I feel anxious just thinking about social situations
  • UE – I get so nervous, I can’t find the words to speak
  • UN – And this silence makes me feel even more isolated
  • UM – I’m afraid people will see me as awkward or uninteresting
  • CB – And because of this, I feel alone even in a crowd
  • UA – I’m scared to express myself
  • TH – I wonder if I’ll ever be comfortable around others

  • EB – Social situations have always been a challenge for me
  • SE – When I try to speak, my mind just goes blank
  • UE – I’ve avoided socializing to escape the anxiety
  • UN – What if I could find ease in conversation?
  • UM – I want to connect with others without fear
  • CB – Maybe I have more to offer than I believe
  • UA – I can learn to relax and be myself with others
  • TH – It’s time to let my Throat Chakra open and find ease in communication

  • Round 3

  • EB – I am becoming more confident in my interactions
  • SE – Although it’s been hard, I am ready to step out of my shell
  • UE – It feels empowering to imagine being calm and social
  • UN – I’m open to new techniques for managing my anxiety
  • UM – A part of me is excited to make meaningful connections
  • CB – I am learning to trust my voice and share my thoughts
  • UA – I value my contributions to conversations
  • TH – My Mind, Body, and Soul are in agreement

As we close our session, take a deep breath and feel the shift from being shy to becoming more sociable. You’ve taken powerful steps today, tapping into the courage that’s always been inside you.
