We’ve been through the valleys of loneliness, over the hurdles of rejection, and now we’re climbing the mountains of healing post-breakup. And what’s on the other side? The beautiful vista of forgiveness. 🏞️

Forgiveness is not just a word; it’s a release, a breath of fresh air for your soul. It’s the dance of freedom that your heart beats to when you let go of resentment and hurt. 🎶 Today, we’re going to tap into that rhythm, finding the steps that lead us to love and forgive, starting with ourselves and extending outwards. 🤗

Get ready to shake off those heavy chains of the past and step into a space of lightness and love. Find your comfortable spot, take a gentle breath in, and let’s tap into healing. 🌬️💗

    Round 1: Recognizing the Weight of Resentment

  • KC – Even though I’m holding onto past hurts, I deeply and completely accept myself.
  • KC – Even though it’s hard to let go of resentment, I choose to deeply and completely accept and forgive myself.
  • KC – Even though forgiveness feels distant right now, I choose to love, honor, accept, and forgive myself anyway.
  • KC – Even though I’m not sure how to forgive, I forgive and accept myself anyway.
  • EB – I’m carrying the weight of resentment.
  • SE – It’s challenging to let go of old wounds.
  • UE – I feel bound by the hurt I’ve experienced.
  • UN – This resentment is heavy on my heart.
  • UM – It’s difficult to move forward while holding on.
  • CB – I’m tired of feeling this anger and bitterness.
  • UA – Part of me isn’t ready to release these feelings.
  • TH – I acknowledge the pain and the struggle to forgive.

  • Round 2: Contemplating Forgiveness

  • EB – What if I could let go of this resentment?
  • SE – It’s possible to move past these hurts.
  • UE – I’m open to the idea of forgiveness.
  • UN – Maybe releasing this pain could bring me peace.
  • UM – I consider the benefits of forgiving myself and others.
  • CB – I’m starting to feel lighter at the thought of letting go.
  • UA – Forgiveness might lead me to a happier place.
  • TH – I am warming up to the concept of releasing these grudges.

  • Round 3: Embracing Forgiveness

  • EB – I choose to embrace forgiveness for my wellbeing.
  • SE – I forgive myself for not being ready until now.
  • UE – I extend forgiveness to those who have hurt me, releasing the bond of resentment.
  • UN – I allow myself to heal from past pains.
  • UM – With forgiveness, I’m reclaiming my inner peace.
  • CB – I celebrate the strength it takes to forgive.
  • UA – I honor my journey towards emotional freedom.
  • TH – My Mind, Body, and Soul are in agreement.
