Round 1:
KC – Even though my basic needs aren’t fully met right now, I deeply love, honor, and accept myself.
KC – Even though I feel stressed about my needs, I choose to love, honor, and accept myself anyway
KC – Even though my situation has me worried, I deeply and completely love, honor, and accept myself
KC – Even though I struggle to meet my basic needs, I love, honor, and accept myself unconditionally
EB – My basic needs aren’t met and that’s stressful
SE – It’s difficult to focus on anything else
UE – The pressure keeps building up
UN – And it feels overwhelming
UM – I’m worried about my situation
