Hey there, lovely souls!Its day 85 of our 100 Days Until 2024 EFT Tapping Challenge 🌟 We’re back with video three in our Sacral Chakra series, and oh boy, this one’s a real eye-opener! Today, we’re peeling back the layers on codependency issues. You might be thinking, “How’s that related?” You see, the sacral chakra is all about connections, relationships, and emotional balance. Codependency can often arise when this chakra is out of alignment, making us lean too much on others for our self-worth and happiness. But not to worry! With today’s tapping, we’re on a journey to rediscover that balance and embrace healthier connections. Let’s dive in, shall we? 😊👐


Round 1:
  • KC – Even though I often put others before myself to the point of self-neglect, I deeply and completely accept myself.
  • KC – Even though I struggle to find my worth outside of pleasing others, I choose to deeply and completely accept and forgive myself.
  • KC – Even though I’ve tied my identity to what I can do for others, I choose to love, honor and forgive myself anyway.
  • KC – Even though I sometimes feel lost without someone to “fix” or “save”, I forgive and accept myself anyway.
  • EB – I’ve always been the helper, the savior.
  • SE – It’s like I’m chasing approval and love.
  • UE – By always being there for others, even when it hurts me.
  • UN – It feels like if I’m not helping, I’m not worth loving.
  • UM – I get anxious thinking about putting myself first.
  • CB – What if people leave me if I set boundaries?
  • UA – It’s been a pattern for so long; it feels like my identity.
  • TH – Is it possible to be loved without always giving?

  • Round 2:
  • EB – It’s not about being distant, but about being whole.
  • SE – Understanding that I have needs too, and that’s okay.
  • UE – Embracing the notion of mutual respect in connections.
  • UN – Maybe boundaries are just love letters to oneself.
  • UM – It’s a new adventure, this self-discovery.
  • CB – Celebrating every step, every realization.
  • UA – I’m worth the love I keep trying to give to the world.
  • TH – And as I nourish myself, my relationships bloom too.

  • Round 3:
  • EB – It’s okay – no, essential – for me to prioritize my well-being.
  • SE – I can still care for others without losing myself.
  • UE – It’s not selfish to have needs and boundaries.
  • UN – I’m learning to recognize and respect my own worth.
  • UM – The more I care for myself, the healthier my relationships can be.
  • CB – It’s a journey, and I’m taking it one step at a time.
  • UA – I believe in the possibility of balanced, reciprocal relationships.
  • TH – My Mind, Body and Soul are in agreement.
